Moteks coordinates a highly developed sourcing and production ecosystem in İzmir. We work with 15+ specialized manufacturing partners, sharing over a decade of collaboration with our core factories to ensure refined processes. Additionally, we utilize a database of over 600 fabric and accessory suppliers , maintaining continuous close partnerships with 30+ premium fabric mills.

What apparel categories do you specialize in producing?

We develop and produce complete womenswear collections. Our manufacturing partners are specialists in diverse categories, including denim and non-denim production, light wovens for blouses and dresses, satin and silk, TENCEL™ fabrics, and garment-dyed or washed products. We also manage the production of knit and jersey pieces, fake leather, outerwear, jackets, blazers, and classic pants.

What are your standard production lead times?

Moteks combines clear lead-time planning with a responsive execution structure. Standard timelines are:
Proto samples: Approximately 1 week if the fabric is ready.
Salesman Samples: 1-2 weeks following fabric approval.
Bulk production: Approximately 8-10 weeks.
Note: Our flexible setup allows for accelerated timelines when required, including building SMS collections within 4 weeks depending on project scope.

How do you utilize AI in apparel development?

We integrate AI-powered visual development to enhance clarity in early-stage decision-making. By visualizing how a model will look before physical sampling begins, we can deliver offer samples designed for upcoming collections rapidly within 1-3 days. This streamlines the development process and optimizes investment for design teams managing fast-paced calendars.

How is quality control managed during bulk production?

We maintain a daily on-site factory presence to conduct in-line quality assurance. Our technicians and textile engineering team carry out detailed evaluations, wear tests, and production reviews to identify and resolve potential issues early, ensuring consistent delivery performance.

Yes. Our design team analyzes best-performing products and develops commercially strong styles tailored for upcoming collections. This proactively supports designers in fast-paced collection planning, particularly for the European brands whom coordinates twelve collections per year.
