Moteks is a womenswear production partner based in Izmir, Türkiye, managing more than 2,000,000 garments a year for European fashion brands. Unlike a traditional sourcing agent, we work on the factory floor every day: our own technicians and textile engineers handle product development, proto and SMS approvals and in-line quality control, while our specialist manufacturing partners export and invoice directly to your brand. The result is full cost transparency, 99.8% shipment accuracy and no customer quality claims. Our team, fluent in English, German and French, works closely with European buyers from the first sketch to the final shipment.
As one of Izmir's oldest and most established full-package production partners, we believe in long-term relationships. HOW WE CAN HELP
Sourcing Process
We match every style with the most suitable specialist among our 15+ manufacturing partners, and we source fabrics, prints, embroideries and trims through a database of more than 600 suppliers and close partnerships with 30+ fabric mills. We attend design and fabric exhibitions in Türkiye and abroad, recommend suppliers based on their product range and negotiate prices within our buyers' target ranges. We offer suitable fabrics, patterns and accessories according to our clients' needs, closely following seasonal trend forecasts and keeping our buyers informed about fashion updates.
Sampling Process
Upon receiving sketches and technical packs from our clients, we manage the creation of prototype and salesman samples. Proto samples are ready in about 1 week once the fabric is ready, and salesman samples (SMS) in 4–8 weeks depending on fabric. Our technicians and textile engineers follow every detail, including lab dips, size sets, raw materials, accessories, fits, color matching, labeling and packing, through to PPS approval. AI-supported visuals show how a style will look before physical sampling, with offer visuals ready within 1–3 days.
Quality Control /Management
Unlike most sourcing agents, Moteks runs its own quality control. Our technicians and textile engineers are on site in the factories every day, conducting in-line checks, wear tests and detailed reports at every stage, from the first fabric check to shipment. If a buyer prefers its own auditing system, we work alongside it. This daily presence is why we achieve 99.8% shipment accuracy and receive no customer quality claims. Final inspections follow AQL 2.5, and every order comes with a written inspection report.

Our experienced team relays order details directly to selected manufacturers in their native language, effectively managing multi-supplier coordination for high-volume orders. We collaborate closely on the technical sheets to achieve world-class quality and highly competitive pricing within the global near-shoring context, ensuring seamless execution for our European partners.
